Using the Joon Softphone makes working remotely seamless.
A softphone is a software program for making telephone calls over the Internet and allows the user to place and receive calls without requiring a desk phone. Joon’s softphone app is currently available for both iOS and Android smartphones and supports the following features:

Set up is very easy. We send a QR code to each one of your employees, they scan it and their softphone is immediately set up and logged in. They are all set to make and receive calls.
Here’s a story of when our softphone made all the difference.
One of our reseller partners requested that we support them in migrating one of their clients to a work-from-home setup. This 80-person law firm had to immediately adjust its operations to protect its staff from the COVID-19 outbreak. Our solution was to set up each employee with a Joon softphone in order to get them up and running immediately. Each employee was emailed a QR code that once scanned, took them to the smartphone app to download. Our reseller partner provided us with the names and extensions for each law firm personnel and within seconds and they were able to use their softphones in the same manner in which they used their desk phones.
